|Beschreibung DE=Cloud computing enables the delivery of IT resources in a flexible, on-demand way. The project "Holistic SLA Management in the Cloud"  investigates opportunities and potential benefits arising from the flexibility of a cloud in the context of SAP offerings. In particular, we investigate how to correlate customer requirements and provider offers/duties in these offerings with cloud infrastructure capabilities. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are a means to formally express those requirements, duties/offers and to translate them systematically towards the infrastructure.

Beschreibung

Cloud computing enables the delivery of IT resources in a flexible, on-demand way.
