Beschreibung

Das Ziel des Projektes MULTIPLA ist die Entwicklung und Evaluation von Methoden zum automatischen Lernen von fachspezifischen Ontologien sowie deren Integration, um wissensbasierten Anwendungen den Wechsel zwischen Fachdomänen, unterschiedlicher thematischer Ausrichtung oder Sprachen zu ermöglichen. Das Projekt setzt sich zum Ziel, neue Paradigmen des Lernens von Ontologien zu entwickeln und fokussiert auf Kombinationsaspekte, um die Integration von verschiedenen Sprachen und Fachdomänen für wissensbasierte Anwendungen zu unterstützen. In diesem Zusammenhang sollen neue Methoden zum Lernen von Ontologien in verschiedenen Sprachen bzw. Fachgebieten sowie eine Methodik zu ihrer Integration entwickelt werden. Das Anwendungsszenario betrachtet Benutzer der Wissensdatenbanken, die Anfragen in ihrer Landessprache formulieren und Ergebnisse sowohl in dieser Sprache als auch in Fremdsprachen präsentiert bekommen. Dieses Szenario dient auch als Ausgangsbasis für bilaterale Forschungsaktivitäten mit unseren Partnern aus der University of Economics in Prag und University of Technology in Brno, Tschechien.
