Beschreibung

Das erste Ziel dieses Projektes ist, ein Verständnis für die Interaktion von Evolution und Lernen ("Life Time Learning") zu gewinnen. Aufbauend darauf soll an einer Testumgebung ein System entwickelt werden, das tatsächlich Lernfähigkeit besitzt, d.h. (darwinistische) Evolution generiert ein System, welches mit einem Lernmachnismus ausgestattet ist. Dieser Lernmechanismus wird nicht explizit kodiert, sondern Ziel ist, dass sich dieser, wie in der Biologie, in der Evolution durchsetzt. Das Mapping zwischen Genotyp ("genetic program") und Phenotyp spielt hierbei eine zentrale Rolle.
