Collaboration in virtual teams and media competence are in great demand in today's business life. With the aid of a new form of seminars we aim to give our students these qualifications. In this work we present our teleseminar scenario, where students can practice new collaboration technologies in a teaching scenario integrating groupware and videoconferencing. After describing our teleseminar scenario both in technical and organizational aspects, we evaluate them, in order to give recommendations and to present our improvement plans.
