Description
Virtual organisational structures are important strategic concepts especially for SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) to cope with the increasing market pressure and need to operate internationally on a global market. The project investigates and elaborates strategic concepts and innovative methods how to set-up and manage collaborative networks. Outsourcing and cross-organisational business process management are a focal point of the research task.
