from Frankfurt Hbf: at least hourly with ICE to Karlsruhe Hbf (partly transfer at Mannheim Hbf)
from Stuttgart Hbf: hourly with IC/EC to Karlsruhe Hbf

You can reach the campus with the following tramlines:

Line 2 (Direction Wolfartsweier) to Stop Kronenplatz
Line S4 (Direction Bretten / Eppingen) to Stop Kronenplatz

By Car:

Autobahn A5, Exit Karlsruhe-Durlach,
on Durlacher Allee direction Stadmitte until Durlacher Tor, turn right
(Pay attention of university/KIT sign)

-Leave motorway A 5 at the exit "Karlsruhe-Durlach", and follow "Karlsruhe". You will turn off on a street called "Durlacher Allee" (2 lanes, tram in the middle). Follow this street straight on until "Durlacher Tor" (second church on the right hand); turn to the right, get into the left lane right afterwards, then, follow the sign "Universität Karlsruhe" and turn left (500 m distance from Durlacher Tor).
